Our website maintenance packages are designed to ensure that your business websites are always up-to-date, accurate and free of bugs.  All of our packages are provided on a yearly contractual basis.

The Basic Package – $999 per year [  order package ]

This package is designed for non-profit organizations that require fast and quick updates to their websites.

• 6 hours per month of updates.
• Rate: $13.85 per hour.
• Free website statistics.
• Free website monitoring.
• Unlimited/Un-Metered Bandwidth.
• Sub Domain Names.
• Shared SSL.
• Unlimited Email accounts.
• Any SQL server / MySQL database with real time support.
• Daily Backups.
• All hours exceeding package allowance is subject to $50 per hour fee.
• 36 hour turn-around on most maintenance requests.
• Minimum of 2 year contract

The Advanced Package – $1299 per year [  order package ]

This package is designed for small –sized businesses that require fast and quick updates to their websites.

This plan includes the following:

• 10 hours per month of updates.
• Rate: $10.82 per hour.
• Free website statistics.
• Free website monitoring.
• Unlimited/Un-Metered Bandwidth.
• Sub Domain Names.
• Shared SSL.
• Unlimited Email accounts.
• Any SQL server / MySQL database with real time support.
• Daily Backups.
• All hours exceeding package allowance receives 20% discount off hourly rate.
• 24-36 hour turn-around on most maintenance requests.
• Minimum of 2 year contract.

The Professional Package – $1899 per year [  order package ]

This package is designed for medium to large sized businesses that demands several intense hours of updates and enhancements.  This is geared for eCommerce websites, custom intense applications and websites with heavy monthly traffic. 

This plan includes the following:

• 20 hours per month of updates.
• Rate: $7.91 per hour.
• Free yearly domain registration.
• Free website statistics.
• Free website monitoring.
• Unlimited/Un-Metered Bandwidth.
• Sub Domain Names.
• Shared SSL.
• Unlimited Email accounts.
• Any SQL server / MySQL database with real time support.
• Daily Backups.
• All hours exceeding package allowance receives 30% discount off hourly rate.
• 24 hour turn-around on most maintenance requests.
• Minimum of 2 year contract.

The Hourly Rate Package – $50 – $85 per hour [  order package ]
 

This package applies to all custom business applications involving complex coding and programming languages.
Our hourly rate package is strictly based on the total number of hours work per maintenance request. 

NOTES:

1. Complete website redesigns are not covered under any of our maintenance packages. 
2. All 3rd party products such as paid-photo hosting and video-hosting are not included in our maintenance packages.  The total cost of those 3rd party products will be included as add-on costs.
